Is there a minimum quantity for the e-commerce model?
Yes. With the complexity of setting up and managing an eCommerce site we ask that you sell a minimum of 25 calendars. If fewer are ordered through the calendar we will still charge for and ship 25. Extra calendars are easy to sell once you have them in hand or you can use them as prizes or promotions. Minimum invoice is $250 – 25 x $10.
Can my club participate in both programs?
Absolutely. We require a minimum of 25 calendars from eCommerce plus any Calendars ordered via the traditional model. If your ecommerce site sells less than 25 you can sell the remainder via traditional sales. We will ship either 25 calendars or calendars order via eCommerce whichever is greater.
One point to note: the 2 models are independent – you cannot apply calendars from the traditional model against the fulfillment of the ecommerce model. Each program has its own tracking system.
Eg – order 50 via traditional plus eCommerce – 19 calendars are sold via eCommerce – we will ship 50 immediately and 25 more at close of program – 19 of these are spoken for and remaining 6 are yours to sell or give away.
Eg 2 – order 50 via traditional plus eCommerce – 33 calendars are sold via eCommerce – we will ship 50 immediately and 33 more at close of program – all 33 are spoken for.
